The Legacy Residence

The Legacy Residence sits on a quiet, tree-lined street in Jubilee Hills, a family home built around three generations sharing one roof. Our brief was simple to state and hard to deliver: make it feel like it has always been this way.

We opened the living areas around a fluted walnut console and a hand-finished plaster ceiling, let Italian marble carry the light across the ground floor, and reserved brushed brass for the details a hand actually touches — door pulls, switch plates, the edge of a console.

Nothing here was chosen to impress a camera. It was chosen to be lived in, for a long time.
